Refund & Return Policy

1. Return Window

We offer 7-day returns for defective, damaged, or incorrect products.

2. Eligibility

A return is accepted only if:

• Item is unused and in original packaging
• You provide unboxing video (industry standard for Indian dropshipping)
• Return request raised within 7 days of delivery

3. Non-Returnable Items

• Hygiene products
• Used/washed items
• Discounted or clearance sale items

4. Refund Method

Refunds are processed to:

• Original payment method (UPI/card)
• Or store credit

Takes 5–7 business days after approval.

5. Replacement

If available, we will replace the item instead of refund.

• Order ID
• Photo/video proof
• Reason for return
