Refund & Return Policy
1. Return Window
We offer 7-day returns for defective, damaged, or incorrect products.
2. Eligibility
A return is accepted only if:
- Item is unused and in original packaging
- You provide unboxing video (industry standard for Indian dropshipping)
- Return request raised within 7 days of delivery
3. Non-Returnable Items
- Hygiene products
- Used/washed items
- Discounted or clearance sale items
4. Refund Method
Refunds are processed to:
- Original payment method (UPI/card)
- Or store credit
Takes 5–7 business days after approval.
5. Replacement
If available, we will replace the item instead of refund.

- Order ID
- Photo/video proof
- Reason for return
